1. What this site is

bblclinic.wtf, and bbl.wtf or bbl.clinic once they go live (together, the "Site") is an informational and entertainment website about $BBL, a fixed-supply ERC-20 meme token on Robinhood Chain, contract address 0xdf2e15395bc8a2078187Eecee8EB024Aa57E0265. The Site is operated by the $BBL project ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Not affiliated with anyone

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Digital Assets, Pons Labs, LLC, Uniswap Labs, the United States Oil Fund or USCF, DEX Screener, Fomo, Telegram, X, any surgeon, any clinic, or any of the other tokens that appear on the Site. Names and tickers of other tokens appear for comparison only. Trademarks belong to their owners.

3. No advice, no offer

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or other asset in any jurisdiction. $BBL has no utility, no backing, no revenue and no roadmap beyond the jokes on this Site. Its price is set entirely by people trading it. It can lose all of its value at any time. Don't put in money you can't afford to lose.

4. Trading happens elsewhere

We do not operate the $BBL token contract's markets, custody any assets, process any trades, or take any fees on the Site. $BBL trades on third-party protocols such as Uniswap through the pons launchpad interface, using your own wallet. Those services have their own terms, fees and risks. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; if you send tokens to the wrong place, nobody can get them back.

Copies of the $BBL name and ticker exist on Robinhood Chain and other networks. Verify the contract address above on a block explorer before you trade anything. We are not responsible for lookalike tokens.

5. The USO pair and where you live

$BBL's main market is quoted in USO, a Robinhood Stock Token that provides economic exposure to the United States Oil Fund. Tokenized equities are not offered to persons in the United States, and pons displays a notice to that effect on the $BBL market. You are solely responsible for determining whether trading any token, or holding USO, is legal for you where you live, and for complying with the law. The Site does not direct anyone in any jurisdiction to trade.

$BBL was launched with pons holder fee sharing enabled, which routes the launch's creator fee share to token holders pro rata, in USO, as a function of the pons protocol. We do not operate that mechanism, do not hold or distribute those fees, and make no promise about their amount, timing, or continued availability. Whether and how any such amounts are taxable is your responsibility.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, to use the Site. By using it you confirm that you are.

7. The numbers and the pictures

Prices, market caps, rankings and other data on the Site come from third-party sources such as DEX Screener and pons, and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Character sizes, "harvested" labels, the surgeon's remarks and everything else in the illustrations are jokes generated from those numbers; they describe nothing real about any token, person or body. Don't make decisions based on a cartoon.

8. Your conduct

Don't use the Site to break the law, to harass anyone, to impersonate us, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it, or to interfere with it or the services it links to. Don't use our name, logo or characters to promote a copycat token or to suggest we endorse anything we haven't.

9. Content and ownership

The Site's text, design, code and illustrations are ours unless noted. You may share screenshots and links freely, including for commentary and memes. You may not sell our content or pass it off as your own.

10. Links

The Site links to X, Telegram, pons, Fomo, DEX Screener, block explorers and other third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do, what they say, or what happens to you there.

11. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, break or shut down the Site at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and anyone working on the Site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of tokens, funds, profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site or any token, even if we were told it could happen. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the Site after that means you accept the new version.

15. Severability

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
